Group-23-ASTM-C155 Temperature range 1260-1300 Deg C, SiO2 : Upto 70 % .The Silica Bricks are manufactured in multiple asymmetric shapes and connected by means of tongues and grooves. These bricks are installed with the help of Silica Mortar.

Mica Insulation Bricks

Group-20 C155 Temperature range upto 1000 Deg. Celcius Mica powder are used in manufacturing of Mica Insulation bricks because of its excellent Thermal and Insulation properties.It keeps heat losses to minimum hence enhances increases furnaces efficiency.Mica Insulation Bricks stays stable even after long use. It is a Light Weight with anti abrasive nature.

Siliminite Insulation Brick

Temprature ranges upto 1300 Deg C. It has the advantages of high strength, wear resistance, low apparent porosity, good creep resistance at load softening point, excellent chemical resistance and thermal shock stability.

Fire Bricks

IS6, IS8, 70% AL Our In-house manufactured by MRPL has well known recognition in industrial use. Our fire bricks can withstand high temperatures and have low thermal conductivity to have better energy efficiency. It is in Yellowish color with good chemical resistance.

Diatomite insulation bricks

Our Diatomite Insulation brick is a Ultra-Light weight premium brick with Bulk Density ranging from 0.5 GM/CC – 0.7 GM/CC. This is a extra low thermal conductivity porous brick. With moderate resistance to adequate mechanical loads and low value of thermal expansion coefficient.
It is Used in Bottom lining of aluminium pots of aluminium smelter

We have in-house facility of providing the Clients with the required sizes of refractory Bed material. We used High density fire clays and silica sand for manufacturing of bed material With alumina percentage upto 35% and silica percentage upto 65 %.

It act as a binder and fills the gap between bricks.It Prevents cracking in furnace hence maintains the thermal insulation system of furnace.Our Insulation Mortar increases the life of Insulation bricks because of its high durability.

Castable

The Insulation Castable manufactured in-house by MRPL has won laurels by satisfying consumers needs. It is dry in state. Its nature of bond is hydraulic and installation is performed through vibration casting.It is a non-metallic material that has chemical and physical properties used for creating heat-resistant structures that retain and insulate. Due to its high resistance to heat and thermal shock, Insulation castable cement is used to build kilns and furnaces.

Fire Clay/ Chammotte Powder

Fire clay is resistant to high temperatures, having fusion points higher than 1,600 °C (2,910 °F); therefore it is suitable for lining furnaces, as fire brick, and for manufacture of utensils used in the metalworking industries, such as crucibles, saggars, retorts and glassware.

MRF CERAMIC BLANKET

1260 Deg C -25 MM From the Mid of year 2020, Mateshwari Refractories started manufacturing its own Ceramic Fiber Blanket of size 25 MM at our Raisinghpura Facility. Our Blankets are made from high purity Alumina-Silica. It is asbestos free double needled blanket with low Thermal Conductivity and density.

1260 Deg C – 25MM MRF Ceramic Fiber Board is made of ceramic bulk fiber with special formulated binder and produced by vacuum formed technology. The board has excellent toughness and intensity, high strength, lightweight, excellent thermal shock resistance and anti-stripping.
